Senior Training Systems Integrator

Find your future with us. **Boeing Global Services** is looking for a **Senior Training Systems Integrator** to be based in **Singapore** . The Senior Training Systems Integrator will be a 737 Flight Training Development Subject Matter Expert, who leads in identifying customer technical training needs and requirements and develops flight training curriculum for Boeing commercial airplanes. In this role, you will lead in evaluating and determining training objectives, content, design, and technologies. Prepares briefing/debriefing presentations, lesson plans, and training manuals for type, recurrent, differences, and specialty training for Boeing internal and external customer use. Advise on Competency Based Training and Assessment and/or Evidence Based Training Programs. This Training Systems Integrator researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of technical training. Included in this role is the opportunity to develop and provide recommendations on training standards and specifications. You will have the opportunity to travel internationally to participate in tryouts of draft training curriculum in simulator devices. This is a hybrid position that allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Boeing Singapore Training and Flight Services office. This role is based out of Singapore. **Position Responsibilities:** + Develops ground/systems and practical flight training courseware + Provides technical expertise to develop and maintain flight training briefing presentations, training manuals and additional training materials for 737 Boeing airplanes + Defines standard and customer specific training requirements and develops proposals to satisfy requirements + Analyze training requirements to provide technical content to support learning objectives + Review courseware, instructor materials, and supporting documentation for technical accuracy + Analyze training effectiveness to ensure training effectiveness and inform courseware revisions + Review comments and collaborate with team to reconcile conflicting inputs + Researches and evaluates training delivery methods for incorporation into new and existing courseware + Ensures technical accuracy of flight training courseware **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Experience developing flight training courseware for 737 operations or Instructor Training + Experience as a pilot with 737 experience or as an instructor on any Boeing type + Airline Transport Pilot license or foreign equivalent **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Pilot with experience flying Boeing airplanes + Experience as an instructor pilot or examiner + Experience developing Crew Resource Management or Competency Based Training/Evidence Based Training + Detail oriented Experience developing flight training courseware **Typical Education & Experience:** Education/experience typically acquired through 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience **Relocation:** This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. **Work Authorization:** This requisition is for a locally hired position in Singapore. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in Singapore. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labor sponsorship for any applicants.
