JMT's Hunt Valley, MD office is seeking a Senior Transportation Structural Engineer to be responsible for all aspects of design for transportation structures projects.  This senior level position is responsible for managing the structural design of a wide range of project sizes and complexity.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Design of new and rehabilitation bridge projects Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet project schedules and maintain quality standards Maintain project scopes and budgets Preparation of contract bid documents and managing construction phase services Coordination with sub consultants Leading design engineers and drafting personnel Converse with clients and establish relationships Lead and manage team members by providing leadership and continuous performance management (setting expectations, goals, feedback, 1:1 meeting, coaching) that supports the growth and development of team
