SENIOR TREASURY ACCOUNTANT
Lead cash management functions in collections, payments, reconciliation and cash flow statement.
Lead initiatives to improve internal processes and with clients that impact the recovery of accounts receivable.
Key job functions
Planning and supervision of payments to suppliers, creditors, intercompany and collections. Weekly control and monitoring of cash flow statement. Proactively identify potential customer collection issues and develop remediation and follow up actions. Lead initiatives to improve internal processes and with clients that impact the recovery of accounts receivable. Maintain relationships with banks and coordinate banking activities as needed. Understanding and accounting control of the accounts related to the securitization program (financial factoring). Review, monitoring and reconciliation of bank clearing accounts. Clearing technical bank accounts. Bank reconciliations. Process various types of supplier and tax payments through ERP and banking systems. Compliance with internal control. Attention and delivery of documentation to external and internal audit, follow-up of recommendations.
Requirements
Fluent in English (Must) Communication, negotiation and sense of priority (Skills to communicate and negotiate with clients and suppliers) Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Word) ERP (SAP/S4H) 6- 10 years of experience in the area. Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Must) Knowledge of risk management, banking relationships, and cash management operations.
