Senior Treasury Analyst

We offer competitive compensation and benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Holiday Pay, Education Incentives, and more. **JOB SUMMARY:** MCA is seeking a Treasury Manager to join our Shared Services organization in a hybrid capacity with the ability to travel as wanted and/or on occasion to the local CLT office. This role is critical in managing enterprise-wide treasury functions, with a strong emphasis on change management related to banking transitions, system integrations, and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in navigating organizational change, while ensuring financial operations remain stable and efficient during periods of transformation. **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:** + Lead day-to-day treasury operations including cash positioning, forecasting, positive pay, exceptions, etc. + Partner with banks and internal teams to support the onboarding and integration of new banking relationships, especially during acquisitions and transitions. + Drive change management initiatives to streamline treasury processes and integrate systems across acquired entities. + Contribute to and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts. + Monitor financial risks including interest rate exposure, and banking security. + Collaborate with Accounting and other teams to ensure consistent treasury practices across MCA. + Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred. + 5+ years of relevant treasury or corporate finance experience. + Demonstrated success in change management—particularly with banking transitions, treasury system integrations, and acquisition support. + Strong knowledge of cash management. + Experience in a shared services or centralized finance environment is a plus. + Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. + Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams.
