Senior Treasury Analyst - Capital and Liquidity
Description Apply Now Open sharing options Save Saved Share Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team! This opportunity will primarily support management Treasury hedging programs to mitigate market risks to the Corporate Balance Sheet through production of regular analysis for trading, reporting, and ad hoc analytics.

As the Senior Treasury Analyst you will also provide analytical support for balance sheet, liquidity, and/or capital management initiatives, including hedging activities, share repurchase, credit facilities management, banking and rating agencies relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for Treasury managed hedging programs to mitigate equity, interest risk and FX exposures related to the Corporate Balance Sheet (e.g. Seed Money, Deferred Compensation, Foreign Exchange). Collect and research data to generate critical reports related to hedge performance and other risk metrics (Earnings at Risk). Partner with business/product leadership and other Finance partners.Collect and analyze data related to Banking relationships to generate critical reports.Provide analytics and research related Rating Agencies, including collecting data, analyzing various frameworks and creating reports.Help deliver on departmental and cross functional projects, including assisting in preparing presentation of findings and recommendations to senior management and risk committees as needed


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, accounting or related field of study).3-5 of years of proven experience.Strong analytical skill set, including understanding of various finance conceptsEffective interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProficient technical skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $69,900 - $94,400 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
