We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Program Manager with customer care or contact center experience, Twilio experience preferred, to join our national Commerce team. While our headquarters is located in St. Louis, MO, this position is remote and can be based anywhere within the continental United States
You will work in a fast, highly agile and dynamic environment interacting with our Enterprise customers to enable new technologies and support their end users.
You will lead multiple engagements/projects from internal discovery/analysis, project initiation to successful project completion. We use a globally standardized approach that ensures your approach fits the abilities, availability, internal challenges, technical limitations, skill sets, and governance/workflows of our customers.
