About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Senior UI Designer with a strong foundation in motion graphics and advanced usability and accessibility expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually engaging, and highly functional user interfaces. You will work closely with UX designers, developers, and product teams to create seamless digital experiences that are inclusive, accessible, and delightfully interactive.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and animations that enhance user engagement and experience.Motion & Micro interactions: Implement motion graphics and micro interactions to improve usability, guide user attention, and create a fluid experience across web and mobile applications.Usability & Accessibility: Advocate for inclusive design principles, ensuring compliance with WCAG and other accessibility standards to create products that serve a diverse audience.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with UX designers, developers, and product managers to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and accessible UI designs.Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems that integrate motion, accessibility, and usability best practices.User Testing & Feedback: Partner with UX researchers to conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative data.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.Proficiency in UI tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Motion design expertise using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Lottie, Principle, or Framer.Advanced knowledge of usability principles and human-centered design.Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA, color contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility).Experience with front-end collaboration, ensuring designs are feasible and optimized for implementation.High proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively in an international environment.Strong communication and presentation skills to advocate for design decisions.Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality, ensuring the best possible user experience. Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in UX/UI design.
