We need a Senior UI/UX Designer who can own product areas end-to-end, from research to shipped pixels.

About Us

Leapfroggr builds SeriousMD (the EMR platform Filipino doctors trust) and NowServing (connecting patients to providers nationwide). Our products handle real medical records, real appointments, real patient care.

We're a small team by design. No layers, no approvals queue, no "let's circle back." You'll work directly with our Design Lead, engineers, and founders. What you design this week can ship next week.

What You'll Actually Do

Own UI/UX design for entire product areas across web, iOS, and Android. Take features from user research through wireframes through polished UI through shipped product. Build and extend our design system — we care about consistency at scale. Collaborate daily with engineering to make sure what ships matches what you designed. Run usability tests with real doctors and patients, then iterate based on what you learn. Present your work, defend your decisions, and stay open when you're wrong.
