As a Senior Underwriter, you'll be responsible for:
Managing a diverse commercial portfolio across Property, Motor, Liability, and Contract Engineering Works.This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape strategy and provide expertise to support business outcomes. Contribute to strategic planning, execution of policies, and balancing complex portfoliosCoach and mentor team members to meet or exceed service standards and regional targetsUnderwriting complex risks in line with business plans and within delegated authority levelsBuilding and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersMore details and the full job profile will be shared during the interview process. Our recruitment steps include an initial phone screen with our Talent Acquisition team, followed by up to 2 interviews (either in person or online via Teams), and background checks.
