HOW A SENIOR UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST ILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Encompasses the delivery of lifecycle support services for all aspects of a federal agency phone system portfolio which includes legacy solutions as well as future capabilities. The scope includes the following primary areas: Manage operations from hardware/software planning through implementationSupport network configuration and performance management activitiesEnsure the continued operation of the EVoIP and/or Microsoft Teams telephony and network componentsProvide legacy phone support for stand-alone phone systems Engineer/Design/Deploy and Support Future Unified Communication (UC) capabilities and enhancementsBuilding, troubleshooting and running configuration files before, during, and after Teams phone deployments.Engineering support during deployment- design and deployment of architecture, ensuring that all systems are integratedTroubleshooting issues during testingManaging the Windows Domain environment,Oversee backup systemsManaging log collection for systems Support migration of systemsProvide Install & O&M support to Legacy solution, Provide O&M support to connected EVOIP sites. Building, testing and training on Auto attendants, Call queues, call forwarding.Generating cutsheet from Teams deployment tracker.

Communication Manager Avaya Aura Messaging, System Manager, Session manager, Cisco, Sangoma, DHCP, Avaya Certificates, Power BI, Microsoft TAC, Windows Adm, Linux OS, VCenter and VMware. NAS Storage Systems, Operation Manager (OpMgr), Eventlog Analyzer, Syslog Backup Systems
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the related field
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or other equivalent technical discipline (may substitute with commensurate work experience).
Substitutions Allowed: Certificate of Training-2 years of undergraduate work and 5 years of related experience; No Degree- 10 years of related experience; MA/MS- 4 years of related experience
CLEARANCE:
Top Secret (TS) level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
