In this position, you will have a high level of contact with employees at all levels, and you will lead a complex operation across both base areas. **Job Specifications:** + Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.23 / hour + Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round + Skill Level: Advanced **Job Responsibilities:** + Using a guest service approach to distribute, collect, and track all employee uniforms for all Park City Mountain base areas. + Supervise and schedule seasonal staff at all base area locations. + Inspire, encourage, and lead team to a professional standard, while making the job fun. + Coordinate uniform fitting, ordering, and distribution with the pertinent departments. + Coordinate the care, cleaning, and mending of all uniforms. + Train employees on inventory program to track distribution and return of all uniforms. + Coordinate helmet distribution and tracking. + Maintain a clean, organized, and professional uniform center environment at all times. + Ensure all employees have completed the uniform acknowledgment forms. + Create a proactive “needs” list for future uniform orders, back stock, and uniform store operations. + Other duties as assigned **Job Requirements:** + High School Diploma + Fluent in English both written and verbal + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs + Basic Computer Skills including MS Office & Excel + Excellent Guest Service Skills + Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
