Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Unreal Engine Developer with expertise in BabylonJS, Unreal Engine, and advanced 3D development tools. This hybrid role focuses on creating and optimizing immersive 3D web applications while enhancing the efficiency of production workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a creative mindset, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of real estate technology.
Key Responsibilities
Unreal engine and Web-based 3D Application Development:
Design, develop and maintain high-quality Unreal 5 engine VR applications using Unreal blueprints and C++Create interactive, high-performance web-based 3d applications with responsive and scalable architectures using BabylonJS & JavaScript.Tool and Workflow Development:Build and maintain C++ Unreal plugins, tools and systems to streamline production workflows using Unreal Engine.Leverage Unreal Blueprints to create robust functionalities and automate tasks in the production pipeline.Performance Optimization:
Analyze and enhance application and workflow performance to ensure scalability and stability across platforms, including mobile and web.Optimize 3D assets for rendering efficiency and speed.Collaboration and Integration:
Work with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects on time.Integrate APIs, web services, and structured data files (JSON, XML,) into 3D applications.Documentation and Support:
Document tools, systems, and processes to support seamless understanding and usage by the team.Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting across development and production workflows.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in BabylonJS and Unreal Engine, including Blueprints and asset pipelines.Strong experience with web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) and C++.Knowledge of 3ds Max modeling, texturing, and animation is highly desirable.Problem Solving and Communication:
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex technical environments.Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.Project Management:
Experience in managing deliverables, timelines, and resources in dynamic project environments.Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or a related field is preferred.Significant hands-on experience in 3D development and technical roles may substitute for formal education.
