About the position:

As a Senior User Acquisition at Mondly by Pearson, you will work with the user acquisition team as well as with other departments across the business, to help accelerate our user acquisition performance. You will play a key role in helping coordinate the implementation of large user acquisition campaigns on respective PPC platforms (such as TikTok ads, Twitter ads, etc.) and support the budgeting to drive ROI performance.

You will always be on top of the latest innovations in the paid media industry and face many exciting challenges. Alongside our team of the most capable professionals in the field, you will contribute to the future of language learning.

What you’ll do:

Hands-on role in creating, managing/optimizing and scaling of user acquisition campaigns working in close partnership with other internal teams to deliver against ROI;

Monitor the assigned channels' performance to gain deep insights into the creative execution and media channel effectiveness of campaigns against the KPIs;

Identify new user acquisition strategies, perform A/B tests on campaigns and analyze their results, on an ongoing basis;

Create performance reports and use the marketing analytics insights to evaluate campaign success and maximize return on investment;

Improve performance based on data and ambitious KPIs;

Use data and insights to provide input for the user acquisition strategy for the assigned channel or market segment

Nurture a culture of “test and learn”.

The kind of people we're looking forward to joining our team are:

Proven professional experience in user acquisition, with a strong track record of success in activating local and global markets;

Minimum 5 years of working experience in building, maintaining & optimizing app campaigns;

Experience with subscription apps it's a must;

Experience with other advertising platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) is a plus;

Advanced knowledge of app analytics tools;

Strong Analytical skills;

Strong understanding of the app performance market;

English proficiency.
