As a Senior User Assistance Developer in our unit, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing technical feature tests for our content management infrastructure.
You will be key in shaping and empowering our internal support network of power users across SAP. You will continuously interact with our SAP User Assistance community to look for volunteers to support the testing efforts, the power user activities, and educate them in the latest enhancements and changes to our infrastructure.
Also you will be designing and providing trainings to new User Assistance Developers in order to equip them with all necessary knowledge to work in our environment.

What you bring
To excel in the role of a Senior User Assistance Developer, you will need a blend of technical expertise and communication skills. Key qualifications include:
A degree in Technical Communication, IT, Business Studies, Communications, or a related field. Very good written and spoken skills in English, with a strong command in software terminology. 5 years of professional experience in technical writing (preferably with DITA XML and/or Markdown knowledge), technical content creation, and feature testing Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present them clearly and concisely to internal communities or technical audiences. Experience in creating software documentation, with familiarity in DITA XML and/or Markdown is plus. Strong organizational skills with the capability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively. Desire to continuously learn new skills and develop further.Soft Skills: You should be a strong communicator with outstanding writing skills, capable of expressing complex technical information clearly and precisely. Flexibility and a team-oriented attitude are crucial, as is the readiness to acquire extensive technical knowledge and adapt to learning new skills quickly.
Your cooperative mindset and strong communication skills will help you thrive in a dynamic team environment. You should be ready to participate in knowledge transfer and possess a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
