What you'll do
Craft User-Centric Content: Create, design, and test user assistance content for WalkMe that guides and empowers users to be successful with our solutions Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to on how to best integrated that content into the user experience, exchanging feedback on structure, interaction design, and assistance needs Maintain Content Quality: Regularly update content to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with evolving product features and business goals; proofread and edit content for usability, readability, and linguistic correctness; support UA team members in planning, implementing, and coordinating their WalkMe content Champion Content Best Practices: Advocate for and implement content standards and best practices across for WalkMe the product team; participate in projects to improve UA tools, processes, and content
The Role
As a Senior User Assistance Developer, you will work closely with stakeholders in different roles in SAP Ariba (Procurement) applying agile principles to ensure timely delivery of relevant User Assistance deliverables, with a strong focus on in-app help, specifically WalkMe. You’ll also work on multimodal delivery (videos, interactive graphics, etc.) and are encouraged to use AI technology.
What you bring
Minimum of several years of experience in content design, UX writing, and user assistance, ideally as a UA developer at SAP. Ideally first-language proficiency in English or excellent written and spoken English. Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, consistency, and user-centric content and a strong ability to simplify complex information Experience in creating and publishing UA deliverables, especially in-app help content, and experience with DITA CMS Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality in a fast-paced environment Flexibility and a readiness to communicate with team members and to participate in knowledge transfer A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating truly engaging and helpful content to meet our users’ needs
