As a Senior UX Designer, you will help shape smarter, faster, more intuitive enterprise experiences. You will work alongside product managers, engineers and fellow designers to bring clarity to complexity and craft solutions that scale. This is a role for someone who's hands-on, systems-minded and obsessed with turning friction into flow. Key Responsibilities: * Design thoughtful, scalable UX that makes daily workflows easier and more efficient * Collaborate closely with product and engineering to balance user needs and business goals * Use Figma to create flows, wireframes and prototypes that bring ideas to life * Contribute to and evolve our design system for cohesion across platforms * Bake accessibility into every step of the process * Work with UX research to apply real insights to real problems * Facilitate workshops and critique sessions that align teams and spark better ideas * Communicate design decisions clearly and advocate for the user when it counts * Explore what's next from personalization to AI and prototype with purpose
