We are looking for a is a highly experienced and innovative Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team in the Inocpat team in Beijing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences for our Incopat users.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor's or master's degree in a design-related field such as HCI, Graphic Design, or Interaction Design.
7+ years of experience in user experience design with a proven track record of delivering successful products and experiences.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InVision.
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring junior designers.
Experience working in Agile development environments
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for complex projects across multiple platforms.
Experience working with design systems and pattern libraries.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular is a plus.

Experience of design thinking applied to UCD product development and workshop facilitation.
What will you be doing in this role?
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and visual designers, to ensure that design solutions align with business goals and user needs.
Conduct data-based user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
Stay up to date with emerging design trends, technologies, and tools and apply them to design solutions.
Ability to educate, persuade and influence the adoption of design processes into the product development lifecycle.
Mentor and lead junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow professionally.
Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to the development of product roadmaps and feature sets.

You’ll be joining a UX/UI Global team with more than 50 colleagues across the globe, working on a hybrid model from Beijing Office and being part of a local fast paced growing design community, working on new products, and infusing change in the organization!
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
