Wolters Kluwer is looking for a senior user-experience (UX) designer to join our Italian UX Team in the Legal & Regulatory (LR) division. While primarily working on Italian products, the candidate will be expected to collaborate closely with the extended UX international community, ensuring alignment with global standards and contributing to the broader design ecosystem.

As a Senior CX/UX Designer, you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

Translate ideas into concepts, user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences for LR’s portfolio of productsPlan and conduct comprehensive user research studies and usability tests, synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations.Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their workClose collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of developers, technologists, Project managers and Business stakeholdersWork within our lean design process, while efficiently exploring design concepts, iterating and validating design alternativesContribute to the design system (give input to the further development of the design system, initiate development of new components, etc.)Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologiesPresent and defend design decisions based on user research and best practicesEnsure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines

Job qualification

5-6 year of experience, ideally within an agile environmentExcellent English verbal and written communication skills are essentialYou are required to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to development teams, clients and other stakeholders internationally.Excellent teamwork skills to align cross-functional efforts
