Senior User Experience Designer/Tester
Hybrid JOB SUMMARY Provide independent verification and validation of development activities for user interfaces. Provides Testing and performance analysis to validate system functionality and ensures system meets user’s requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS + Works with development team to independently verify user requirements match user stories and test cases. + Ensure the correctness, completeness, accuracy, testability, and consistency of the system software with emphasis on user interface requirements. + Collaborate with technical teams to propose ongoing improvements and support process optimization. + Confirm user touchpoints within the client’s systems. + Evaluates visual human interfaces utilizing user centered design principles. + Ensure user experience is formulated to achieve the goals of the online entity. + Work within agile frame and works with SMEs in the areas of user experience, human factors, and digital strategies. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE + 6+ years of experience + Bachelor’s Degree in related study + Works with product development team to design user experiences. + HTML prototypes, wireframes, visual interfaces and interaction of web-based applications. + Ability to e valuate workflows and identify inefficiencies, working with end-users to implement better processes and solutions. + Experience improving user experience with existing applications, human factors engineering, data definitions, and user documentation for the software. + Secret Clearance KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES + Experience working in an Agile framework such as SCRUM and/or SAFe. + Solid experience in testing of user interfaces and participating in independent testing of user interface design and build. + Ability to understand validate testing of the user requirements related to the front end of the system. + Must be familiar with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
