Kimley-Horn is looking for a Senior Utilities Engineer and Project Manager to help grow our Utilities team in Florida.
ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Utilities Engineer will have responsibilities including: operating with integrity and sound business principles, open communication with partners and team, growing and mentoring staff, being a positive role model, and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables. Their work will include providing strong senior technical support on treatment optimization, large utility master planning, and Operations and Maintenance troubleshooting.
QualificationsRequirements:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with PE registration in the State of Florida. 10 or more years of experience in civil engineering managing and designing water utility projects including pump stations, pipelines, water/wastewater treatment facilities, with experience performing hydraulic modeling.Client contacts and relationships with local municipalities, area counties, water management authorities and local, regional, state agencies.Experience writing scopes of work and budgets for projected work.Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.Ability to mentor staff and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.Demonstrated ability to manage water/wastewater projects profitablyAbility to cross sell multiple disciplines Options Apply NowApplyShareShare this job with a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
