Your Role:

At MilliporeSigma, we’re looking for an experienced Senior User Experience Designer to join our team as we shape the future of our customer platforms. If you’re passionate about designing engaging content and intuitive e-commerce experiences, this is the role for you!
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Translating business and user requirements into design solutions for end-users and other stakeholdersProposing pragmatic solutions that are consistent with industry best practices and user expectations, while balancing technical, data and schedule constraintsCollecting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to make design decisions based on test results and usability standards/best practicesPrototyping applications on paper and within FigmaWorking closely with development teams and product ownersWork co-located with other designers and associates

 

Who You Are:

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Information Technology, or other Computer Science discipline

OR

High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of design work experience5+ years of experience applying UCD principles5+ years of demonstrated experience with UX deliverables3+ years of experience designing for responsive web and mobile apps3+ years of experience with Adobe products including XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.2+ years of experience working with Figma

 

Preferred Qualifications:

eCommerce expertiseLife Science industry experienceExperience with web development technologiesExperience conducting usability testingProject management experienceExperience utilizing data and having a data driven approachExperience collaborating with UX research
