You Are:

The Associate Digital Enablement product team is looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the re-imagination of key Associate workflows involving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

 

The opportunity:

·       Supporting the Senior Service Designer, the Senior UX Designer will create tangible design artifacts to bring the future vision to life.

·       This role is responsible for understanding and documenting the current state experience as well as illustrating the ideal future state by creating compelling narratives which may include sketches, wireframe prototypes, future state blueprints, storyboards, and executive presentations.

 

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       Able to break down complex problems and provide human-centric solutions through excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Able to take direction as well as work autonomously, quickly and reliably in a fast-paced, creative environment with a keen attention to detail

·       Able to review large and complex process flows, extract their meaning, and clearly articulate them via executive summaries and synthesis presentations

·       Adept at creating the future state and articulating it in a compelling narrative to cross functional partners and leadership

·       The ideal candidate will bring: A strong portfolio of work exemplifying a deep understanding of UI/UX lifecycle to define user experiences, visual and interaction design through human-centered design solutions (flows, prototypes, and user feedback) 

·       A collaborative Design Thinking mindset

·       A mastery of the UI/UX lifecycle with deep experience defining user experience, visual design, interaction design, user research, and design principles

·       A strong knowledge of Figma for generating prototypes, storyboards, and presentations.

·       An ability to communicate respectfully when challenging assumptions and tactful style when receiving feedback.

·       Preferred: a background designing for financial services industry 

·       Preferred: Knowledge of and experience designing for CRM platforms including MS Dynamics and Salesforce

·       The candidate will also be capable of providing visual design guidance and contribute to high fidelity visual designs as needed.

·       The ideal candidate is: An experienced and creative UX and Visual designer who is deeply passionate about design, product, and the end-to-end user experience.

·       A dependable contributor who excels at collaboration in a supporting role
