UX Designer

What you can expect

As a UX designer you will work with Product and Engineering teams to understand, question, and analyse requirements and user jobs, explore design solutions, and validate them. You will work with the Design Team to produce high-quality design discovery and collaborate with the team on design.

About the Team

Zoom Customer Experience is an omnichannel contact center solution optimized for video and integrated into the same Zoom experience. Zoom Contact Center brings unified communications together with contact center capabilities. Ancillary products that often go with Contact Center is Workforce Engagement management. It is a grouping of Quality Management and Workforce Management designed to make a contact center more efficient and effective.

What we’re looking for

8+ years of related experience (at least 5 years on an enterprise platform)Have proficiency in Figma and JiraPossess knowledge of user experience design processes and methodology for web apps of user experience design processesBe able to run usability testing and exposure to user research.Be able to communicate and collaborate effectivelyWork portfolio to be attached to job application
