Senior UX Designer
Job Description The leading digital payment company that supports online money transfers across the globe is responsible for many consumer & business to consumer experiences, including (but not limited to) core payment experiences, Business Profiles, Charities, Debit, Credit & Teen Cards, Cryptocurrency and much more. Looking for a Senior UX Designer to join the design team and lead the way with strong design principles and experiences that impact millions. As a Sr UX Designer, you will bring your individual experience and background to support multiple projects for core app flows and business portion of application, as well as build designs in Figma. You will work with content designers and researchers to understand user needs and prototype for research studies. Looking for an individual who is comfortable presenting to leadership, involving stakeholders in final design processes, and providing user journey mapping. You are passionate about design and creating product experiences people love and you bring a working knowledge of visual design, illustration, web design, interaction design, with a curiosity to learn and explore these areas further. Responsibilities include: Create user interface designs for product experiences across the nation. Work within existing style guides, while continuing to push and evolve our design system. Explore a variety of possible design solutions. Provide design concepts that align to project goals with minimal oversight and guidance. Articulate design decisions clearly and speak confidently about the rational for design solutions. Use design and prototyping tools to help convey your ideas. Skills and Requirements 5+ years experience in UX design. Experience in visual design with illustration and animation. Proficient in Figma for design screens. Comfortable providing high fidelity protoytping. Design background for mobile applications. Experience supporting an internal product or application. Ability to test concepts, gather feedback, and refine design concepts. Excellent communication and professionalism.
