The Opportunity
As a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI), you will take the lead in crafting intuitive, user-focused digital experiences that solve real-world problems. This is a design role that requires a deep understanding of user needs and a commitment to evidence-based solutions driven by research and data.
You excel at turning insights into actionable designs, creating interfaces that are not only visually compelling but also accessible and effective. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in improving existing products while envisioning innovative solutions for the future.

Your Responsibilities
RESEARCH & COLLABORATION User Research: Participate and lead user research activities (e.g., interviews, usability testing) to gather insights and improve understanding of how users interact with our products. Assist in gathering and organizing qualitative and quantitative user feedback, helping to uncover actionable insights to inform design decisions. Usability Testing: Support usability testing efforts by preparing test scenarios, prototypes, and scripts, as well as observing and documenting user behaviors during sessions. Research Collaboration: Partner with product manager, senior designers and researchers to plan and execute user research activities, such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and contextual inquiries. UX Practices Adoption: Advocate for user-focused design processes within projects, helping ensure that design best practices are consistently applied and communicated to non-design collaborators. Workflow Improvements: Participate in discussions around improving design and research workflows, such as design system updates or templates, to enhance efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with team members to integrate learnings into team processes. COLLABORATIVE ENGAGEMENT
Design Delivery Management: Take ownership of assigned design tasks, managing priorities, timelines, and dependencies with guidance from senior team members. Proactively identify potential risks or obstacles in the design process, communicate them to the team, and work toward solutions to ensure successful and timely design delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align on project goals and delivery timelines. Communicate design decisions clearly to ensure all stakeholders are on the same page. Knowledge Sharing & Documentation: Support team collaboration by documenting and sharing research findings, design insights, and user-centric artifacts (e.g., user stories, personas, and journey maps). Contribute to improving UX design processes and tools to ensure designs are well-communicated, scalable, and foster organizational learning.
