We're seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our growing team at DHL.com. As a key contributor, you'll play a vital role in shaping the user experience across our most premium website, which gets 8 million visits per month. 220 countries and 150 languages, we are talking insane scale here!

Grow together:

Lead the Design Process: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, user needs, and content requirements. Information Architect Extraordinaire: Develop user-centric information architecture strategies for optimal content placement across all DHL.com Group platforms. Create Intuitive Wireframes: Design comprehensive wireframes that effectively communicate the structure, layout, and functionality of various content sections. Develop High-Fidelity Templates: Create visually appealing and user-friendly templates that adhere to DHL's brand guidelines and design system. Ensure Consistency: Maintain consistency across the website by adhering to established design patterns and guidelines. Content & Documentation Master: Establish efficient workflows for content creation and management aligned with design systems and governance principles. Partner with teams to develop and maintain comprehensive design system documentation.   Continuous Improvement: Analyze and refine the design system for scalability, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness. Develop strategies for its continuous improvement.

Ready to embark the journey? Here´s what we're Looking For:

Seniority Matters: 8+ years of experience as a Senior Designer with a proven track record in design system leadership or similar initiatives. Design System Savvy: Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and pattern libraries. Experience with creating and maintaining design standards and guidelines is essential. Communication Maestro: Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills are crucial. Bridging the Gap: Ability to translate complex design concepts into clear and actionable plans for diverse stakeholders. User-Centered Champion: Proficiency in user research methodologies, user-centered design principles, and accessibility. Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma (preferred) and the Adobe Creative Suite.
