Senior UX Designer
**Senior UX Designer (Cambridge, MA)** As a Senior UX Designer in the Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) Experience Design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with advanced health monitoring solutions that positively impact lives every day. Partnering closely with global multidisciplinary teams, you will craft designs that align with the business's goals while delivering safe, intuitive, and delightful experiences for our customers. **Your role:** + Lead design initiatives as the primary point of contact for product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication. + Manage the end-to-end UX design process, from concept ideation and wireframing to prototyping, UI design, design specifications, implementation support, and design Quality Assurance (QA). Apply user-centered design principles and best practices to create consistent, high-quality user experiences aligned with the Philips brand and Design Language System (DLS). + Leverage service design approaches and tools for journey mapping and service blueprinting, identifying pain points, challenges, and opportunities to create seamless end-to-end experiences. + Plan and execute user research to uncover insights that drive meaningful, data-informed design decisions. Support usability testing and leverage insights to continuously refine and improve designs. + Support UX telemetry efforts, define key metrics, event taxonomies, and track performance to measure impact. Create and maintain standard design documentation in alignment with internal Quality Management Systems (QMS). **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the health tech industry. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
