We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior UX Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a user-centered design professional who can translate complex business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically appealing digital experiences. The Senior UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, managers, and onshore stakeholders, to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute UX design strategies to create user-centric digital solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to drive design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, personas, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize and improve existing designs.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices.
• Present design concepts and findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior UX designers within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree and additionally any training or certification in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field would be preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in UX design for web and mobile applications is a must.
• Strong proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, etc.
• Knowledge of basic to intermediate levels in HTML, CSS, Javascript and React.
• Knowledge of basic to intermediate levels in Database technologies and Web technologies would be preferred.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
• Deep understanding of accessibility, associated standards and technologies such as WCAG, ADA, etc.
• Experience with usability testing, user research, and data-driven design improvements.
• Experience with AI driven technologies, working with Agile methods and VO interfaces will be a plus.
• Knowledge in the use of JIRA is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills using multiple methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Should be ready/flexible to work in shifts.
