We Are

We’re a team of 40+ User Experience Research professionals at Oracle NetSuite working on the foundational elements of the NetSuite product experience. We’re part of a larger community of 175+ Experience Designers, Content Designers, UI and Visual Designers, Technical Writers, Videographers, Design Strategists and connected professionals across Oracle NetSuite. We collaborate closely with the NetSuite leadership team under Evan Goldberg and contribute to Oracle’s award-winning Redwood design system.

What We're Looking For

Come and join us as an experienced Senior Manager of UX Research in Barcelona, Spain. Reporting to the Director of Research, you’ll lead a team of 5-8 researchers focused on crafting the next-generation product experience for NetSuite. Your team will be focused on the Foundational NetSuite products that enable customers to customize, administer, and support internationalization efforts. Your group will be influential in contributing to the strategy of these priorities, the iteration of products through the delivery cycle, and measuring the end users experience and recommending areas of future investment.  

You'll lead efforts to evolve research strategy, methodologies, practices as we continue to scale, and ensure research is well-integrated into our product development decision-making. Your focus will be to deliver impactful research insights to support the product teams’ vision and strategy. 

The ideal candidate will be a mixture of research mentor, process optimizer, and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You will be operating in a large, matrixed organization partnering with VP and Director level stakeholders across product management, engineering, design and research. We’re especially keen to talk to candidates with strong background of developing employees and working alongside senior leaders to influence the future roadmap. You will have operational support from the Design Operations team, but a strong operational mindset will come in handy alongside your research leadership skills.
