What you will be doing

We are seeking a visionary Senior UX Strategist to join our team and help drive the user experience design process from research and ideation to execution and optimization. As a UX Strategist, you will play a crucial role in aligning business goals with user needs, creating strategies that enhance the overall user experience, and ensuring that our digital products are both intuitive and delightful to use.

What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related work experience. 5+ years of experience in UX design, research, or strategy, preferably within a consulting environment.  Proven track record of developing and implementing successful UX strategies. Experience with various qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret user data and translate it into actionable insights. Proficiency in UX design thinking and human-centered design principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and present findings and recommendations clearly and to diverse audiences. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with UX and UI best practices and industry standards and to audit designs with those standards in mind. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Comfort working amid ambiguity and independently forging a path forward.

Bonus Points for these (Preferred Experience)

Experience in Agile or Lean UX environments. Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
