International is seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to elevate our business to new heights. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both UX and UI design, with hands-on experience in uncovering user needs through research and transforming those insights into modern, visually appealing designs.
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our commercial vehicle service applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and stakeholders, to create seamless experiences that cater to the unique needs of our users in the commercial vehicle service sector.
This hybrid position will support our Digital Solutions department within Service Solutions and be based out of our World Headquarters in Lisle, Illinois, a suburb outside of Chicago.
Responsibilities Lead the design process from concept to final hand-off, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.Conduct user research to uncover insights and inform design decisions.Design and prototype user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.Support UX Research initiatives as required.Develop user stories, personas, and storyboards.Create and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and style guides.Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to support UI development.Validate and test UI concepts with end users using established usability testing methods.Track UX trends and look for creative ideas from analogous industries.Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
