Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experience across all web platforms
Define the optimal user journey across the website and work with the business to project manage implementation globally
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers, content strategists, marketing professionals, data analysts and product managers, to integrate UX strategies into the design and development lifecycle.
Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and facilitate iterative feedback.
Analyze user feedback and website usage data to identify areas for improvement and validate design solutions.
Establish and promote UX design guidelines, best practices, and standards to maintain a high level of quality across all digital touchpoints.
Work closely with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and proper implementation of UX designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital design innovation.
Advocate for the end-user, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of our design and business strategies.
Basic Requirements
Basic requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX web design, with a proven track record of successful website projects.
Expertise in Figma
Strong understanding of responsive design, web accessibility standards, and mobile-first design principles.
Strong understanding of design SEO impacts
Proficiency in user research methodologies and usability testing
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
