Description If interested, please contact Yuzo Shimura on LinkedIn at Robert Half Title: Senior Valuation & Finance Analyst Location: Redwood City (Hybrid) Salary: $130-$150k + Bonus About this Company: This organization, an investment adviser registered with the SEC, oversees over $1+ billion across several venture capital funds and their associated Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). Key Responsibilities: + Review fund documentation and interpret terms for correct reporting and analysis. + Be responsible for portfolio valuation spreadsheets, recommending valuations for Level 3 investments. + Oversee NAV packages and assist in quarterly financial statement preparation for funds and SPVs. + Manage capital calls for management fees, fund expenses, and investments. + Develop spreadsheet models, analyses, and performance analyses in response to ad hoc information requests from investors and investment teams. Requirements Qualifications: + 5+ years of work experience, including at least 3 years of VC/PE funds valuation or transaction advisory experience. + Expertise in Excel and financial modeling handling complexity. + Comprehensive understanding of valuation techniques. + Familiarity with GAAP and cash basis accounting. + Big 4 audit and/or tax experience is a plus.
