Senior Value Stream Manager

The Senior Value Stream Manager for Radiometer is responsible for Safety, Quality, Deliver, Inventory, and overall operations of the Sensors Value Stream. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Achieve yearly Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity targets through effective and efficient Daily Management and KPI action plan development and execution leadership. + Builds a Winning Team. Performs supervisory activities, including recruitment and selection, training and development, coaching, and administering performance and salary review processes for direct reports. It also recommends direct labor staffing requirements per capacity models for current and future KPI success. Lead the performance management and merit planning & execution process for employees of responsibility. + Supports long-term plans and objectives to meet future manufacturing requirements, including specific capital deployment projects to support growth, risk mitigation, and cost savings initiatives. Responsible for cross-training plan development, execution, communication, and matrix updating. + Develops and implements manufacturing procedures and methods to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO, Canadian Medical Regulations, and QA/QC medical, state, and local regulatory agencies. + Promotes and leads using DBS tools and lean concepts to improve manufacturability, productivity, yields, cost, process variation, and customer quality. The essential requirements of the job include: + Associate’s degree with 10+ years of experience, Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or Masters’ degree with 6+ years of experience - including 2+ years managing people. Experience must include Manufacturing and operating in an FDA/ISO-regulated industry. + Prior experience in a DBS, Lean, or Six Sigma Culture. Detailed understanding of Lean manufacturing tools and concepts, a proven track record for lean implementations, and documented resulting success. + Demonstrated success managing manufacturing, cycle count, and inventory goals It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Supply chain, operations scheduling, and/or planning This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
