We are looking for a dedicated Senior Value Tracking Analyst like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Sr Value Tracking Analyst will report to the Value Tracking Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s value tracking efforts by doing research, performing value analyses, and ensuring standardization of metrics collected by pods. This role is focused on ensuring the accurate and consistent tracking of value-driving initiatives through detailed data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management. The analyst will contribute to the development and refinement of measurement frameworks, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making across various domains. A critical aspect of this position is maintaining alignment with DT&I’s standard operating procedures, ensuring seamless integration of quantitative and qualitative data. The Sr Value Tracking Analyst will collaborate closely with team members to support the tracking of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), ensuring the organization’s performance is consistently monitored and improved.
