We are looking for a dedicated Senior Value Tracking Analyst like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Sr Value Tracking Analyst will report to the Value Tracking Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s value tracking efforts by doing research, performing value analyses, and ensuring standardization of metrics collected by pods. This role is focused on ensuring the accurate and consistent tracking of value-driving initiatives through detailed data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management. The analyst will contribute to the development and refinement of measurement frameworks, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making across various domains. A critical aspect of this position is maintaining alignment with DT&I’s standard operating procedures, ensuring seamless integration of quantitative and qualitative data. The Sr Value Tracking Analyst will collaborate closely with team members to support the tracking of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), ensuring the organization’s performance is consistently monitored and improved. This position requires an individual with a strong analytical mindset, an eye for detail, and the ability to deliver clear, executive-level reporting on key findings and improvement opportunities. + Performs research on outside / HCA Heathcare benchmarks of value drivers to financial impact + Analyzes data related to value tracking metrics + Ensures dashboards are updated regularly to show accurate and current data + Supports the tracking and reporting of OKRs across various domains + Contributes to the development of new measurement frameworks and insights + Performs audits and checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the data collected for value tracking purposes + Develops documentation on value tracking methodologies, dashboards, and reporting procedures + Adheres to the standard operating procedures of DT&I, including all supportive technologies used to organize and progress work efforts + Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement” + Performs other duties as assigned **What qualifications you will need:** + Bachelor's degree + Education or prior experience in quantitative or financial field + 3+ years of experience in OKR creation, BI analysis or statistical analysis "Good people beget good people."- Dr. Thomas Frist, Sr. HCA Healthcare Co-Founder We are a family 270,000 dedicated professionals!
