Job Summary

Role Purpose:

As a Real Estate Valuer, you determine the market value of all types of real estate (offices, retail, semi-industrial and logistics, residential, land for development etc.) for our local and international clients, both in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will report to and will closely be coached by the Head of Valuation and direct colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertaking valuation assignments, conducting inspections, and preparing valuation reportsProviding strategic advice to a wide variety of clients and becoming a trusted advisorDelivering client excellence through timely and effective solutionsBuilding up contacts to develop new business opportunities.

Knowledge & Experience:

You are a native Dutch speakerYou have a degree in engineering, finance, economics or real estateYou have two to three years of professional experience, ideally in the property sectorYou have strong computer skills (Excel and Word)You have strong analytical skillsYou are a proactive and enthusiastic team player, but also able to work independentlyYou have strong attention to detailYou have good written and verbal communication skillsAbove all, you have a positive and friendly personality
