Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for product verification and validation for x-ray products. This includes to drive quality, safety, reliability for system and each sub-system. Manages product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow down. Drives validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system level testing. Manages interface between components and execution organizations. Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute impact analysis, safety, quality and performance requirements. you must demonstrate clear strategic thinking, a strong capability to work cross-functionally across organizations to driving V&V and Reliability activity. Responsible for developing and improving Verification & Validation protocols, documentation, and testing.Develops, implements, and continuously improves process effectiveness and efficiency.Ensures process efficiency and compliance effectiveness through the development and implementation of process verification and validation plans.Own the Defect management process covering strategy, tracking & resolution.Responsible for the product testing and verification & validation strategy, planning, execution, documentation, including continuous improvements. Write and revise protocols, procedures, reports, and other documentation as per GEHC Quality Management system requirements. Responsible to drive Product reliability strategy Track, monitor & report reliability progress and drive failure analysis with Engineering team.Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)Desired Characteristics
Demonstrate technical leadership capability in integration activities.Self-starter, energizing, result oriented, and able to multi-task.Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.Ability to meet aggressive cost, manufacturability, performance, and delivery targets.Effective oral and written communication skills.Global project management experience.Inclusion and Diversity
