WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Senior Vice President Business Development** for our **Mobility Operations Business** . Duties and Responsibilities: + Responsible for the development, oversight and management of all aspects of the existing and future business acquisition within the Mobility Operations business line. + Develop and oversee the management of a unified Operations practice, introducing best practices and innovation to our customers. + Expand the Mobility Operations business to include additional related services where WSP has expertise + Capture the complete tolling, TMC, transit and rail market in North America + Meet with the Project Managers regularly during the contract to discuss general progress and direction of the operations business. + Act as the designated liaison with the agencies for the management of the contract, and coordinate with the management of the subconsultants to fulfill the duties and obligations of the contract including daily operations + Interface with representatives of other agencies/organizations on issues related to operations + Coordinate and be the voice for all subconsultants working as part of the Consultant’s team for the pursuits + Oversee the development of internal and external communications + Prepare weekly, monthly, and biannual performance measure dashboards and reports in compliance with corporate requirements Talent is the essence of meeting our client’s objectives, goals and challenges. Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field + Minimum of 20 years overall experience + Minimum of 10 years’ experience in toll, ITS or similar operations + Extensive experience in managing projects and tasks from inception to completion + 5 years’ experience in supervising a minimum of 15 employees + 5 years’ experience in writing and revising scope and cost proposals, developing procedures and protocols, and equipment & supplies ordering, recordkeeping and inventory Preferred Qualifications + Excellent communication and organization skills + Training in personnel management, public relations, or similar skills + Must be able to respond to problem situations 24 hours a day **About WSP USA** WSP USA is the U.S. operating company of one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms.
