THE ROLE
The Senior Vice President, Commercial Partnerships will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing partnership value across our priority USA-based venues and arenas. This leadership role requires a visionary and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in the sports and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Stability:Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.Retain and grow existing partnerships through strategic renewals and upsells.Collaboration & Consistency:Implement consistent commercial strategies across all venues.Provide dedicated support and mentorship to each property's commercial team.Resource Optimization:Leverage Legends/ASM Global resources to achieve optimal partnership outcomes.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate venue sales efforts across the United States.Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies for priority venues.Build and grow the Portfolio Partner business through a category-driven approach.Lead and mentor a team of regional and venue-based leaders.Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional value to our portfolio partners.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in marketing, sales, business, or related field.15+ years’ experience in sports, entertainment, or venue sales industry.Experience related to partnership sales and fulfillment at a team, agency, or facility equivalent to the combination of education and experience.SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proven success in developing and managing high-performing commercial partnerships within the sports and entertainment industry.Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.Proven sales experience with a track record of successfully driving revenue through partnerships and commercial opportunities in the venues and arena space.Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to present compelling sales pitches and close deals.Strong business acumen, with both analytical and creative problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.Highly results-oriented with an exceptional ability to generate sales, drive growth, and close partnership deals that maximize revenue.Strong collaboration skills, navigating complex multi-level stakeholder relationships, and aligning efforts across teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.Proven ability to build and lead a sales team including goal setting, coaching, presentations, negotiations and managing to a sales target.Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems, utilizing these tools to manage sales pipelines, track performance, and report on progress.Ability to remain self-motivated, always acting with integrity and in a strong ethical manner, ensuring that sales efforts align with the company’s values and goals.COMPENSATION

WORKING CONDITIONS
Location: Remote/Dallas/New York. This role will require occasional travel to support business objectives, including client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed.
