**Overview**
We are seeking an SVP, Data Solutions Architect specializing in pharmaceutical marketing data transformation. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative data architectures that transform complex healthcare and consumer data into powerful digital products for pharmaceutical marketing clients.
This position reports directly to the Chief Solutions Officer and works closely with data science, technology, and business teams to bring cutting-edge, data-driven marketing solutions to life.
The ideal candidate is a transformative, hands-on SVP, Data Solutions Architect who doesn’t just manage data but reimagines it as a strategic asset—collaborating to develop data-led products that provide pharmaceutical marketing clients with unprecedented insights, competitive advantages, and enhanced connections with healthcare professionals and patients. Their expertise in data acquisition, management, compliance, and integration will be crucial in unlocking the full potential of healthcare and consumer datasets.
**Responsibilities**
**Data Architecture and Product Engineering**
+ Create scalable data architectures optimized for pharmaceutical marketing digital product development.
+ Design data models and workflows that seamlessly convert multi-source healthcare and consumer data into marketable digital solutions.
+ Architect frameworks to support rapid prototyping and iterative development of data-powered marketing platforms.
**Problem-Solving and Innovation**
+ Deconstruct complex pharmaceutical marketing challenges into data-driven product opportunities.
+ Develop bespoke data solutions addressing unique client needs within the pharmaceutical marketing ecosystem.
+ Collaborate with the Data Science, Technology, and Business teams to develop solutions that provide marketers with insights into patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs), create media-ready audiences for activation, and deliver effective measurement solutions.
**Technical Product Development**
+ Guide cross-functional teams in building innovative digital products powered by healthcare and consumer data.
+ Establish technical standards for developing data-driven marketing platforms.
+ Integrate advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning capabilities into marketing intelligence products.
**Data Integration and Product Intelligence**
+ Design ETL processes to transform diverse data sources into cohesive, actionable marketing insights.
+ Implement rigorous data quality measures to ensure the accuracy of marketing intelligence products.
+ Develop governance frameworks to maintain data integrity while enabling creative product development.
**Compliance and Security**
+ Ensure all digital products adhere to healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and marketing compliance standards.
+ Design data flows that protect sensitive information while maximizing marketing intelligence potential.
+ Implement robust security measures to safeguard pharmaceutical client and consumer data.
**Data Acquisition and Management**
+ Develop strategies for efficient acquisition and integration of healthcare and consumer datasets from diverse sources.

+ Manage data partnerships and vendor relationships to ensure access to high quality, relevant datasets.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
+ 8+ years of experience in data solutions architecture with demonstrated success in digital product development.
+ Proven track record of transforming complex data into marketable digital solutions.
+ Deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing dynamics and data ecosystems.
**Technical Expertise**
+ Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Databricks.
+ Data Technologies: SQL, NoSQL, Delta Lake, AWS Redshift, AWS Glue
+ Big Data: Apache Spark, Kafka.
+ AI/ML Platforms: Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker, Google AI Studio, Databricks ML
+ Programming: Python, SQL.
+ Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Visualization Tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in pharmaceutical marketing data products.
+ Expertise in healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).
+ Advanced AI/ML model development for marketing intelligence.
**Additional information**
Compensation Range: $195,300 - $332,010 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
