Senior Vice President, Digital Product and Delivery Governance

A Typical Day The Senior Vice President, Digital Product & Delivery Governance will be responsible for driving the execution and delivery of all Technology Governance protocols for the Digital Technology Organization. Responsibilities include execution of governance protocols including partnering with legal to ensure strategy and delivery of IP and governance controls are developed and updated as needed. The role also includes leading education and training of staff on IP & governance procedures, coordination with key stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment. In addition, this position will be responsible for Executive communication related to governance controls. The Senior Vice President, Digital Product & Delivery Governance will: Manage and advance Technology governance protocols across Digital Technology Organization Assist with leading technology governance standards across the enterprise, sharing best practices and ensuring alignment with other divisions Leverage standard routines with legal, technology leaders and business leaders to ensure Technology initiatives are aligned to protocols Refinement of consistent governance and execution standards with strong communication across impacted areas Accountable for a compliant technology governance program Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders Lead a high performing team with a focus on adding efficiency and continuous improvement Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 10+ years of delivery and governance experience 10+ years of experience managing on and offshore teams & execution Extensive applicable technology/mortgage industry/financial services/governance experience Knowledge of delivery and communication tools (JIRA, Lucid, Slack, etc.) Excellent skills with Google Suite (SLIDES, SHEETS, DOCUMENT) Proactively manage and complete special assignments necessary to support business strategy Independent leader with accountability for Tech Governance program, execution and controls Strong communication skills (verbal & written) leveraged in partnership with internal legal, external legal, technology leaders, business leaders, executive mgmt, etc. Why You Should Join As one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
