\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs the Senior Vice President, Food & Beverage Operations Americas, reporting to the Executive Vice President & President Americas, you will lead the financial and operational performance across our managed portfolio of hotels. You will be responsible for leading the Food & Beverage Operations Americas team, ensuring the service, quality, and product at our F&B functions meet our brand and operational standards. Also, you will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team for the Americas region.
\nYour responsibilities will also include:
\n\nProvide strategic direction, development, and execution of food and beverage operations that align with Hilton’s vision and objectives.\nLead and enhance the multi-billion food and beverage operation across the existing managed portfolio within the region; currently 250+ hotels, with a particular focus on our Luxury and Full-Service categories with diverse restaurant concepts and food & beverage offerings with a pipeline to follow.\nEnsure high standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction across all F&B functions.\nImplement best practices and innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability and guest satisfaction.\nLead the development of new standards, programs, and resources to reinforce Brand Standards and elevate the guest experience (e.g., Lobby and Bar Standards, Banquet Standards, and Breakfast Standards).\nManaged the corporate operational budget for your team and the allocation of the Beverage fund to support continuous training and reinforcement of Beverage Standards.\nAnalyze financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and drive F&B revenue growth.\nDevelop and implement training programs as needed to ensure consistent standards and practices.\nManage regional F&B leadership teams, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.\nConsult on proformas for new management deals and ensure the F&B financials and operational considerations are incorporated for all outlets, restaurants, and concepts.\nDevelop and inspire current and future F&B and Culinary leaders.\nExecute large-scale conferences and signature corporate events (e.g., Americas Leadership & Commercial Conference, 3,500 attendees, for a 4-day event).\nEvaluate current and up-and-coming property-level F&B and Culinary talent to ensure high-performing teams.\nOversee transitions of new properties and any re-concepting, renovations, and new openings.\nDevelop and support safety and environmental standards to protect associates and guest and maintain compliance with local, state, and national guidelines.\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams (e.g., Operations, Brands F&B, Hilton Supply Management – our procurement division, etc.), external partners, vendors, etc.\nCollaborate with the Senior Vice Presidents and Area Vice Presidents of Operations to address any concerns as it pertains to Food & Beverage.\nEngage with General Managers to resolve any F&B concerns and drive optimal performance of their restaurants and outlets.\nPartner with the Development and New Hotel Openings team to evaluate proformas and review F&B concepts.\nEngage with owners to meet their objectives.\nWhat are we looking for?
\nSuccess will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
\n\nProven track record of success in multi-property and multi-outlet management and development.\nExtensive experience in overseeing large-scale food and beverage operations ranging from stand-alone restaurants to all-inclusive resorts.\nKnowledge and understanding of pre-opening processes, and ability to ramp up hotels across the region.\nFinancial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control, and revenue generation.\nExpert F&B knowledge.\nStrong relationship building skills and experienced working in a matrix organization.\nExperience leading a cross-functional organization, business, or department.\nDedication, passion, and in-depth knowledge of the lodging business or similar industry.\nStrategic thinker while translating financial goals into operational plans.\nDynamic, innovative, and creative in finding business solutions.\nAbility to navigate a rapidly changing business environment.\nExcellent presentation, public speaking skills; written & communication skills.\nStrong business acumen – including internal and external trends, and ability to adapt to changing condition/priorities to enable strong strategic and tactical execution.\n\nTo fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
\n\nFifteen (15) years in F&B leadership roles\nStrong background in leadership and design of F&B teams\nExperience with future innovation within multiple segments of operations\nP&L leadership with a large-scale budget\nF&B experience in a variety of areas including Hospitality, Banquet, and Restaurant\nExperience working in a highly matrixed environment\nTravel up to 70%.\n\nWhat is it like working for Hilton?
