Senior Vice President, Global Marketing

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a highly visible and essential leadership role. The “Revenue-Minded” SVP of Global Marketing will lead and oversee the global end-to-end marketing function for IAS. This hands-on leader will work closely with the C-suite on setting the marketing strategy This position requires someone with an agile mindset, a focus on measurable marketing results, a deep communications background, and a lead-by-example approach to team development and collaboration.  This role will be based in NYC.

Responsibilities

Responsible for shaping and executing the organization's comprehensive communications strategy, encompassing public relations, external communications, internal communications, and crisis management ensuring the messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligned with business objectives Use data-driven and evidence-based approaches to test and identify new sources of demand to create revenue growth opportunities Develop and implement a well-rounded lead generation strategy using a combination of inbound and outbound marketing methods Create programming calendar including industry events, editorial calendars, customer events and thought leadership to drive new customer engagement and product adoption expansion. Ensure consistency of content across all distribution channels including Linked in, our site, press and internal marketing resources. Build the brand through exceptional creative that resonates with our audiences, and provides creative direction on brand-level video, web, and graphic design projects Establish, track, and measure OKRs and budgets for marketing and communication departments in partnership with the overall growth strategy Lead a best-in-class Events Marketing function, driving close partnerships across Sales and Product Marketing nurturing relationships to  produce the most remarkable brand experiences at trade shows, proprietary events, and more Effectively manage a team in multiple time zones and cultures while understanding and upholding cross-cultural sensitivity and awareness in managing diverse teams Hire, develop, train, and mentor exceptional talent and hold the team responsible for executing on their goals with clear accountability measures and best practices Build and maintain a spirit of shared mission, purpose, and culture throughout the marketing and communications teams and through the entire organization

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in a high-growth B2B and/or B2C marketing role, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role; Digital Advertising and/or AdTech a huge plus Hands-on experience leading and scaling a large, global, high-performing team Experience in many facets of marketing (i.e. demand generation,, digital marketing, branding, events, Measurement & Insights, etc.) with a strong focus on driving outbound growth Experience in global markets, with expertise in managing cross-cultural communication strategies Expertise in working cross-functionally with multiple departments Deep expertise in utilizing data for both reporting and interpreting insights to make key decisions Excellent communicator, confirming key messages cascade across the organization to all levels Able to set priorities while remaining flexible in an ever-changing environment Curiosity, ownership mindset, and drive for results
