We are seeking an SVP, Operations within our Experian Employer Services business unit. You'll help shape a new business at Experian and help to drive market penetration of new and existing product lines in this space.
This SVP, Operations who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing key areas of our business, including: Client Success, Client Delivery, Implementation and Tax Services. The role is crucial in driving operational efficiency, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting the growth of our business. The ideal candidate is highly experienced the employer services space, with experience leading large teams to scale. This role will be part of our Executive Leadership team, reporting directly to the President.

What you'll be doing:
+ Leading a high-performing Operations team across Client Success, Client Implementation, Client Delivery, and Tax Services.
+ Developing and executing operational strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and client growth.
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product and Technology, to deliver integrated solutions that our clients need.
+ Driving a high-performance culture, ensuring team alignment with business goals.
+ Leading initiatives to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive innovation within the Employer Services business.
+ Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data and insights to make informed decisions to drive performance and scale.
+ You prioritize accountability and honesty, building trust with your teammates and customers by consistently delivering results.
+ Minimum of 10 years of successful operations experience, ideally with cross-collaborative teams.
+ Advanced knowledge of employer services offerings, having focused specifically on tax professional services
+ Experience with additional employer services such as payroll, human resources, UCM, VOC, etc.
+ Direct experience with workforce management and/or tax credit offerings is a plus
+ Experience working in large, complex organizations with a focus on scaling operations and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
+ 10+ years experience as a people manager; preferably with experience in leading large teams.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
+ Able to quickly grasp new technologies and learn about new business.
+ Bachelor's degree required.
