Location: NY - Required to be in one of the NY office locations 2-3 times a week - Long Island City (preferred), Buffalo or Albany.

Position Purpose: Plan and direct all aspects of the operations for assigned products and programs, including responsibility for profit and loss

Oversee the development for new market initiatives, assessing new products, analyzing business opportunities, and integrating programsDevelop and implement monitoring standards to assess product results and performanceMaintain and update financial forecasts and financial performance, including profit and lossFacilitate operational oversight for product and program functions, identify opportunities for improving efficiency and cost reductionEnsure operational processes and policies are compliant with corporate standards and applicable local, state, and federal regulationsOversee new system, product, and business implementationsRepresent the company's position on assigned product line issues at the state and national level on regulatory issues, rates, filings, and political questions

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration or related field. 10+ years of healthcare, managed care, or related operations oversight experience. Previous experience in a senior management role, including strategic planning and product/program experience. Master’s degree preferred.

Pay Range: $227,400.00 - $431,900.00 per year
