We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Vice President, Solution Structuring – GTS.
Principal Responsibilities
Support the delivery of revenue to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets and maximise the extent to which client needs are met for GTRF in the regionProvide expert direction/advisory subject matter expertise for the completion of complex solutions and execution of a high quality service to our customers across all segmentsLead Structured Trade growth in the country / segment and be responsible from Origination to Execution for material STF situation, working alongside GTRF Sales Managers / Sales DirectorsAssess gaps in the current offering and feed it back to the Product Management teamProvide support to the business development teams on key deals and clients, liaising with product, implementation and proposition teamsWork closely with the Solution Implementation team to ensure solution can be implemented successfullyEnsure products are priced appropriately to achieve expected returnsPersonally and through others, holds and develops predominant technical expertise in open account solutions (for instance, but not limited to, Receivables Finance, Supply Chain finance) across geographies with understanding of trends and market developmentOriginates and shares best practice. Support specialized OA training for the sales and relationship management community Manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with:Internal - Risk Compliance, Transaction Controls and Reports, Transaction Execution, Product Management, Risk distribution, Business Development, Product Governance and Business PolicyExternal - Clients, Industry bodies and InvestorsBe the senior subject matter expert and oversee the provision of transaction specific knowledge to product/proposition management and client facing teams to ensure the correct structuring on transactions and fit for purpose solutions to clientsProvide technical expertise to Business Development teams on key dealsEnsure that the Solutions Structuring team is responsive to the requirements and expectations of the Global Businesses. Work closely with key colleagues across Global Businesses and Functions to promote awareness of GTRF products, propositions, strategies and initiativesMaintain close liaison with country and region colleagues/ stakeholders to provide input into the strategic direction of GTRFDeliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial marketsAbility to identify evolving trends and proactively working on solutions to ensure market leadership for the businessCapability to deal with complexity will be required with each deal presenting its own nuances and challenges Requires deep technical knowledge as well as ability to convince stakeholders to accept new forms of trade solutionsGood understanding of credit and ability to lead a discussion independently with credit riskSome careers have more impact than others.
