Join us at razorfish.com. **Overview** The Publicis Constellation Group (PCG) MX Integrated Comms Strategy Lead is equal parts 360 planning & IMT GTM guru (across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels), problem solver, strategic thinker, trusted advisor, team leader, collaboration maven and transformation driver. You will be collaborating with large, cross-functional teams and clients to infuse and deliver impactful 360 campaigns spanning Paid Media, Owned properties, Creative solutions, PR, and Retail/Commerce solutions. You are great at building relationships and driving team collaboration. You lead by example, and you ensure that you set a high bar for performance standards. You are comfortable collaborating with a cross-agency team and clients. You understand what different disciplines bring to the table and seamlessly bring them together into one strategic vision for the MX organization. **Responsibilities** + **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with client goals to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and acquisition. Effectively rally cross-functional teams around a compelling narrative to drive transformative change. + **Creative and Media Integration:** Ensure seamless collaboration between creative and media planning to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI. + **Market Insights** : Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to inform strategic recommendations. Develop unique insights that lay the groundwork for significant project changes. + **Consumer Journey and Audience Segmentation:** Maintain a deep understanding of the consumer journey and use research tools to define and segment target audiences. Identify data gaps and propose alternative sources for performance tracking. + **Campaign Prioritization and Integration Oversight** : Drive campaign prioritization based on value and channel capacity, while providing an integration overview for executive leadership. Proactively prepare for challenges and offer multiple solutions. + **Client Relationship Management:** Build strong relationships with key clients, providing strategic counsel that positively impacts their business. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with creative, media, analytics, PR, and account management teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives. + **Creative and Tactical Brief Development:** Trusted partner for creatives, providing insights that inform their work. Develop creative and tactical briefs that effectively bring campaigns to life, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. + **Go-To-Market Execution:** Collaborate with the Go-To-Market Execution team to ensure all work is on brief and aligns with enterprise initiatives. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
