We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President, Transit to lead the Southwest region of our U.S. transit business. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive role is responsible for driving operational excellence, safety, and client satisfaction while spearheading business growth. With a focus on delivering superior mobility services, you will lead a high-performing team, manage multi-site operations, and build strong relationships with public and private sector partners. The salary range for this position is $240,000-$270,000 annually. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including:  (Benefits may vary depending on location policy.)
-Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks 
-Sick days: 5 days
-Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating 
-Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance,    short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability.   What You Will DoLead with Safety First: Champion a culture of safety for passengers and employees.Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee regional operations, ensuring financial, customer service, and performance targets are met.Deliver Strategic Growth: Partner with Business Development to expand Transdev’s footprint and successfully launch new operations.Foster Strong Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to public and private sector partners, ensuring service excellence.Lead a High-Performance Team: Develop and empower regional leaders, including General Managers, HR, Safety, Maintenance, and Finance teams.Navigate Labor Relations: Guide negotiations and maintain productive relationships with organized labor.What You BringHigh School Diploma or GED. Bachelors Degree preferred.8+ years of executive transit operations leadership experience, including multi-site management.Proven success in business development and client relationship management.Strong financial and strategic planning skills with expertise in budget management.High adaptability in a mobile environment with up to 75% travel.Why Join Transdev?
