Apply Today! **Job Summary and Qualifications** Under executive direction, the SVP provides leadership and directs the overall operations of a portfolio of surgery centers consistent with policies and objectives of the centers, the Partnership Operating Agreements and the advisory and Governing Bodies. In this regard, the SVP plans, organizes, applies, directs, controls and evaluates all resources (human resources, facilities, equipment, capital and similar resources) invested in the portfolio. The SVP shall use all available resources to generate measurable returns on invested capital for the Company and the Physician Partnerships. The SVP shall ensure each facility operates in a manner that benefits the community, the Physicians and most of all the Patients. The SVP functions as an executive of this organization and must be highly skilled in building and maintaining relationships, internally, externally and with the invested Physician Partners in multiple markets and states. The SVP is responsible to the SVP Corporate Development. The highest degree of integrity and commitment to the Core Values set forth by both the company and hospital Mission and Values are required. Serves as senior mentor to leadership team and works to develop self and direct reports. The SVP frequently travels to applicable markets as needed (up to 40% travel requirements), and is based in Dallas, TX. **What you will do in this role:** + Develop a long range course of action or set of goals to ensure successful realization of the organization’s vision. + Ensure the development of clear goals that align a center’s efforts with the organization’s vision and strategic plan. + Ensure synergies between people, processes, and strategies to drive execution of business objectives. + Build and driving sustained revenue growth. + Build strategic alliances both inside and outside the organization to create business opportunities and execute business strategies + Build a competitively superior organization through attracting, developing, and retaining talent to ensure that people with the right skills and motivations are in the right place at the right time to meet business needs. **What qualifications you will need:** + Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration is preferred. + 12+ years of experience in a healthcare business related role with 2+ years of experience in a hospital COO, CEO role or SVG VP role. + Membership of ASCA and/or ACHE is preferred **HCA Healthcare (Corporate)** , based in Nashville, Tennessee, supports a variety of corporate roles from business operations to administrative positions.
