The SVP of Digital Business Transformation focuses on transforming the way Generac conducts and operates traditional business functions, challenging the status quo, and injecting innovative thought leadership to improve customer/consumer experience, operational efficiencies, and lead the flawless execution. This role works on building new capabilities throughout the end-to-end operational areas that enable an enterprise-wide process evolution such that the organization becomes more flexible, scalable, adaptive, and responsive to new and existing markets and customers. The scope includes working with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization, managing and executing a series of transformational and digital business model change efforts allowing us to execute; better, smarter, and faster.
**Major Responsibilities**
+ Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on digital transformational efforts
+ Develop strategy and execution of end-to-end pre-sales and post-sales experiences for our customers and consumers.
+ Conducts journey mapping, process re-engineering, digital product go-to-market strategy alignment and execution.
+ Ensure proper operational integration is maintained and change management and communication strategies are in place to receive maximum impact and adoption.
+ Work with Senior Business Unit, Operations and IT leadership in the flawless execution around building the “digital infrastructure” to support Generac’s strategy to launch connected energy management solutions and empower a smarter world.
+ Work with cross-functional partners/teams to support the deployment of new technology and process in targeted areas.
+ Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure adherence with approved tools or identification of additional technologies as applicable.
+ Provide regular status reports on progress and risks to delivery for prioritized efforts through the digital roadmap.
+ Lead the digital executive steering committee – to drive decisions and alignment on priorities and business impact.
+ Change agent for the enterprise in leading the digital vision across residential and Industrial business units.
+ Build a highly effective digital organization – Agile development experience and integrating CRM and ERP platforms with a seamless user experience.
**Minimum Job Requirements**
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science or any analytical field required.
**Work Experience**
+ 15 or more years of relevant work experience
+ 10 or more years of experience in Industrial/ manufacturing segment preferred
+ Extensive experience in implementing new and emerging technologies and exceptional data and system skills

+ Experience in managing and prioritize a product/program backlog.
